How’s the online health check-up going?

When you place your order, you reserve your slot and make your payment. It is important to answer all the questions and give us the information about the bio assessments if you have done one.

The system, Calendly, will directly generate an appointment on the audio/video platform. You will then receive an invitation by email for the day and time of your appointment. You will receive several reminders before the appointment.

In the case of a pack including bio assessments, you will also receive kits to take your samples.

What should I do if I have to reschedule my appointment?

If you are unable to participate in the online interview and would like to change the date, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone. See also, contact us directly through the chat system at the bottom right of your screen. It is important to leave us a message indicating as much information as possible as well as all your contact information such as your phone number, email, first and last name and information about your order. The maximum amount of information will allow us to find you more easily and to respond to your request.

What are the differences between a health check-up and a medical consultation?

Even though Dr. Henry is a medical doctor, he only offers check-ups. The difference is that he does not prescribe medication and the appointment is not reimbursed by Social Security or other national bodies. His job is to review your health with you, to understand the dysfunctions that you may or may not feel, and you propose natural solutions to rebalance your body and give it the means to restart the faulty functions.
